Le Fontanel Organic Spiced Rum

Rhumerie Fontanel is a family-run, artisanal distillery located south of Nantes, in Saint Fiacre sur Maine. It's a beautiful family story. Jean-Marc, the father, a molasses importer, specialist, globetrotter, travels the world to source raw materials, spices, and specialized seeds. He is the biologist who composes, tests, and develops these exceptional rums. The sons, Ambroise and Eloi, trained in the art of distillation and acquired old Charentais copper stills... A strong desire to do, to create, TOGETHER. Thus, the project incubates and ferments for a while. Distillation takes shape in 2021 with 3 high-quality organic rums: White, Woody, and Spicy.
