A young yet warm and smooth rum, Bacoo 4 Years Old is a rum with no additives. It features aromas and flavors of caramel, banana, and honey. The distillery operates with a self-sufficient production process, from its own sugarcane juice extraction machine to natural yeasts and modern distillation equipment.

Modern distillery from 2010, located in ST Pedro de Macaoris, established on 2700Ha of cane. ALCOHOLES FINOS DOMINICANOS is very committed to social and environmental criteria (certified 97% eco-responsible and self-sufficient in energy by the use of fibrous residues of canes (bagasse) in its boilers). The distillation apparatus is composed of 5 stainless steel columns, batteries of fermentation tanks capable of holding 1800 HL. The aging of their rums is carried out mainly in ex-bourbon barrels.
