Old, organic rum, 3 years old and aged in different types of oak barrels from the Simon estate.

This rum will offer you a complex aromatic palette from the first nose to the mouth.

A two-part nose, with notes of sweet caramelized cane, fresh flowers, and tangy fruits. Then aromas of honey, candied fruits, vanilla, and tobacco will intoxicate you.

On the palate, sweet and peppery tannins, tangy floral and minty notes will be expressed, complementing the freshness of caramelized sugar cane. The latter is a typical flavor of A1710, notably due to its hybridized copper column still.
