The Madeira barrel harmonizes the notes, bringing density and aromatic power to the rum. Then the bourbon barrel softens the whole thing to blend the structure.

The palate is rounded off with an elegant note of candied orange, which gives a beautiful fullness and roundness to the whole. Matured partly in oak barrels at Château Du Breuil.
