Ron 1914 is distilled by Las Cabras located in the Herrera province of Panama. Mainly made from local molasses, the sugar cane comes from the Coclé, Veraguas, Herrera and Los Santos provinces. Ron 1914 is aged in ex-bourbon barrels. Ron 1914 aims to be the symbol between the past and the future, it refers to the Panama Canal, opened in 1914, symbolizing the challenge of ingenuity and modernity of the time for the creation of this inter-oceanic passage.
