Rum distilled in 2009, aged for 10 years exclusively in American white oak barrels. Limited edition of 9,401 bottles. This rum reveals flavors of cocoa, bourbon vanilla, and coconut. It is a well-balanced rum, between fruity and woody notes.
Aldea is a distillery founded in 1936 on the island of Palma in the Canary Islands by Mr. Dasilva Figueroa and Manuel Quevedo. Today, it is the 4th generation of the Quevado family that produces an exceptional rum, whose uniqueness lies in the direct distillation of sugarcane juice, or "Guarapo."
