Rum distilled in 1994 and bottled in 2016. Aged for 22 years, only the best barrels with good maturity are blended. Limited edition of 2,993 bottles. It reveals notes of cocoa, vanilla, and coconut with a very nice length and smoothness on the palate. It is a gourmet, fruity rum. A true taste pleasure!

Bouche :

Bouche soyeuse et intense, légèrement sucrée et sur le fruit sec.

Nez :

Fruit secs, vanille, chocolat noir, puis des notes de cuir et de tabac.

Final :

Finale sur des notes boisées, de chocolat et de cannelle

Aldea is a distillery founded in 1936 on the island of Palma in the Canary Islands by Mr. Dasilva Figueroa and Manuel Quevedo. Today, it is the 4th generation of the Quevado family that produces an exceptional rum, whose uniqueness lies in the direct distillation of sugarcane juice, or "Guarapo."
