Brandade from the island of Groix

This traditional recipe is prepared on the island of Groix using potatoes, cod (24%) and a touch of character with the addition of haddock (4%). An ideal dish to simply indulge yourself. Bake for 15 minutes in its jar at 180°. A generous and comforting dish ready to be enjoyed!
