A beautiful new product from Rhumerie Fontanel: a fresh and refreshing rum blend. The artisanal distillery uses their excellent white rum, which macerates lemon, ginger, and vanilla. As an added bonus, they use vanilla pods, which were used to make their Spiced Rum! Best enjoyed chilled.

Rhumerie Fontanel is a traditional, family-run distillery located south of Nantes, in Saint Fiacre sur Maine.

It's a wonderful family story. Jean-Marc, the father, a molasses importer, specialist, and globetrotter, travels the world sourcing raw materials, spices, and specialized grains. He's the biologist who composes, tests, and develops these exceptional rums.

The sons, Ambroise and Eloi, trained in the art of distillation and acquired old Charentais copper stills... A strong desire to do, to create, TOGETHER.

The project thus incubates and ferments for a while. Distillation takes shape in 2021 with three high-quality organic rums: White, Woody, and Spicy.
