Maple syrup brings delicious flavors of dark chocolate, toasted oak, caramel, and of course, maple syrup. 100% French barley, double distilled in a pot still, and aged for 3-4 years in bourbon barrels. Added to this is an additional 3 months of aging in barrels that have contained 4 to 6 passes of Quebec maple syrup.
