This 100% organic and local artisanal whisky draws its richness from the intersection of Scottish, Japanese and French traditions. Distilled "the old-fashioned way" in a double pass, over an open flame and heated with wood, it is entirely produced at the distillery : fermentation, distillation, maturation and bottling. Made from organic barley grown in the west of France , it seduces with its silky texture and great aromatic complexity. A whisky of character, sincere and committed, which reflects the terroir as much as the know-how of Distiloire .
