A traditional Japanese whisky, a blend of malt and grain, Togouchi Sake Cask is the only Japanese whisky finished in an ex-sake cask, sourced directly from the Chugoku Jozo cellars. This 3-month maturation process gives it flavors of white fruits and green apple.

Togouchi Japanese whiskies have the particularity of being aged in a unique environment, at the foot of the Osorakan mountain in a 361 meter long underground tunnel dug in 1970. Ideal maturation conditions with a constant temperature of 14°C and a humidity of 80%, which limits the share of angels to 2% and also limits the impact of wood, which gives a beautiful light color to Togouchi whiskies.
