Togouchi Pure Malt is a blend of malt (a blend of single malts) aged between 3 and 9 years, with a soft and light peat, notes of vanilla, ripe apricot, hazelnut. Double aged in bourbon and Sherry casks. It is bottled without being chill-filtered and in its original color.

Togouchi Japanese whiskies have the particularity of being aged in a unique environment, at the foot of the Osorakan mountain in a 361 meter long underground tunnel dug in 1970. Ideal maturation conditions with a constant temperature of 14°C and a humidity of 80%, which limits the share of angels to 2% and also limits the impact of wood, which gives a beautiful light color to Togouchi whiskies.
