Togouchi 15 Years is a blend of grain and malt with nearly 20% malted barley. It is then aged for 15 years to impart flavors of yellow fruits, vanilla, hazelnut, as well as notes of sweet spices and a delicate peat. It is matured in first- and second-fill bourbon casks.

Togouchi Japanese whiskies have the particularity of being aged in a unique environment, at the foot of the Osorakan mountain in a 361 meter long underground tunnel dug in 1970. Ideal maturation conditions with a constant temperature of 14°C and a humidity of 80%, which limits the share of angels to 2% and also limits the impact of wood, which gives a beautiful light color to Togouchi whiskies.
