JNPR N2 - Alcohol-Free Gin - Sugar-Free Spirit - No Low - Cocktail

Just like JNPR No. 1, JNPR No. 2 gin is alcohol-free and sugar-free . It stands out for its ingredients. The base remains juniper berries and cardamom , but to give it a spicy flavor, ginger and a (light) touch of chili are added.

At the first tasting , and despite the absence of alcohol (which is a little disconcerting), we are all immediately surprised by its complexity . We find length and hold in the mouth . The different flavors are expressed in a balanced way throughout the tasting.
