Bête à feu is a white agricultural rum from Martinique , 100% pure fresh cane juice . The long sugar canes are cut by hand early in the morning, and pressed in one go in the morning.

A beautiful white rum with a crystal-clear color. A deep and intense nose evolving into notes of ripe sugar cane, then flowers and tropical fruits, finishing with mineral notes supported by a citrus zest.

The palate is rich and round with floral and fruity flavors.

This nectar can be enjoyed neat or as a white punch.
