When two Breton enthusiasts collaborate, the result is "Eddu Yes We Cam." The Distillerie Des Menhirs and Jean Le Cam have selected and bottled together a 10-year-old pure buckwheat whisky. This Brittany whisky, aged in Limousin oak barrels, will be smooth, delicate, comforting, and balanced. Watch out, this gem! There are only 1,410 numbered bottles, each signed by the hand of King Jean. A drink with character...

Bouche :

Final :

Longue et généreuse.

The Menhirs distillery was officially founded in 1986 by Guy Le Lay in PLOMELIN in South Finistère. On this land steeped in history with the presence of 5,000-year-old menhirs, his ancestors began their adventure in 1921 as traveling distillers. Guy Le Lay, previously a mathematics teacher, obtained the status of professional distiller in 1986 and developed his Pommel de Bretagne that same year. In 1989, he launched Lambig de Bretagne, in memory of the cider brandy of the western Bretons. His desire for novelty and the meeting with an international expert allowed him to innovate by distilling a Breton cereal, buckwheat. This led to the Eddu Silver whisky in 2022. Since then, his sons Erwan, Kevin, and Loig have perpetuated this expertise, developing the range with variations of EDDU, and the creation of L'Ed Gwenn.
