A great new product from Distillerie des Menhirs . Just like its predecessors Silver, Broceliande..., Dorn Ha Dorn is still a pure buckwheat whisky. It is aged for 3 years in ex-cognac casks, and then refined in ex- red Pineau des Charentes casks . This refinement gives it delicious, sweet notes, with a beautiful roundness in the mouth and a lingering finish.

This whisky is aimed at both beginners/neophytes wishing to discover the EDDU pure buckwheat range, but with a smoother finish than the Eddu Silver. It is also aimed at whisky lovers looking for new flavors with a beautiful finish in quality casks.

Dorn Ha Dorn , a Breton word which translates into French as: " hand in hand " or " mutual aid ".

This quote is not random. Because it symbolizes the strong bond that the founder of the Distillerie des Menhirs, Guy Le Lay , was able to forge with an internationally renowned cellar master, Robert Léauté .

Robert Léauté, 28 years of experience in the Cognac cellars , has from the very beginning accompanied Guy Le Lay in the distillation, aging and blending of buckwheat whisky .

From this "mutual aid" will be born finishes in different oak barrels , Broceliande , Burgundy wine, cognac , etc. New for September 2024, a finish in ex- Pineau Rouge barrels.
