This high-quality single malt is made from local ingredients, the pure, crystal-clear water of the famous Asahi River and barley from the Okayama region. A young but light whisky, thanks to low-temperature fermentation and aging for at least 3 years in ex-brandy casks (white or red wine brandy). This delicate nectar with exotic fruit flavors, sweet and complex on the mango-coconut, and silky on the cereal, will take you on a gentle journey to the land of the rising sun.
It was in 1915 that the two brothers Kamezo and Motosaburo Miyashita founded the brewery "Miyashita Sale Brewery". Producer of sake, beers, and shochu, the brewery completed its offering with a distillery many years later and presented its first whisky in 2011. Building on its success, the Miyashita distillery decided to modernize its equipment by importing a German still in 2015, the year of the company's 100th anniversary. These are therefore whiskies with qualities worthy of the greatest houses that are then produced.
